With great partners, Barry developed the Predator Ridge Golf Resort

A 1200 acre Master Planned development that is now a Vibrant Community

Predator Ridge is considered the model for Residential Golf Resorts in Canada

In 1981, Barry with an outstanding partner, created Sandringham, Kelowna’s first gated community. Sandringham established a new level of excellence for multifamily developments in the Okanagan. Premium townhomes were complimented with extensive mature landscaping, including a steam and waterfall at each patio.

Streams, ponds, waterfalls and fountains became a signature component for the ten gated adult communities that followed:
